All payments made for services provided by Vibe Design Studio are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, design consultations, project fees, and any other services offered by our studio.

**4. Design and Creative Work**

Fees paid for design and creative work, including concept development, sketches, mood boards, and any other preliminary or final design work, are non-refundable. This policy ensures that the time, expertise, and resources invested in the creative process are appropriately compensated.

**5. Product Sales**

All sales of products, including but not limited to furnishings, decor, and design materials, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items once the sale is completed.

**6. Changes to Services**

If clients wish to make changes to the scope of services or cancel a project after payment, Vibe Design Studio reserves the right to charge additional fees for any work already completed or resources invested.

**7. Exceptional Circumstances**

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances and will be solely at the discretion of Vibe Design Studio. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

**8. Unauthorized Chargebacks**

Clients are advised not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Vibe Design Studio. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action to recover funds and additional fees associated with the chargeback.
